Shipping and Delivery

DUE TO THE SIZE OF MOST OF OUR PRODUCTS, WE USE A COURIER SERVICE THAT IS UNABLE TO DELIVER TO PO BOXES. PLEASE PROVIDE A BUSINESS OR RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY.

SOFTLITE'S SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • $35 For all Upper North Island Orders
  • $55 For all Lower North Island Orders
  • $75 For all Upper South Island Orders
  • $100 For all Lower South Island and West Coast Orders

Please note that orders for boards can only be shipped to urban addresses.  We can not deliver to Rural Addresses and reserve the right to cancel orders should they not meet this criteria.

Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched as soon as possible. We will also notify you when your product is dispatched via e-mail and provide you with tracking details. (If the item is not available, you will receive a notification with alternative options).

  • All items marked as "In Stock" and available for purchase are stocked in our warehouse. If available, all orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hrs depending on the order volume we are experiencing, please allow 4-6 business days for delivery to most postcodes within New Zealand
  • All small parcels are sent via Courier.  Once your order is fulfilled by us you will be sent your tracking number via the e-mail address you provided at checkout.
  • For all board orders, we may use varying shippers depending on the Postcode or delivery address provided. Once your order is fulfilled by us you will be sent your tracking number via the e-mail address you provided at checkout. Please note that for these orders that unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes or Rural Addresses.

Important information:

  • Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
  • We pick, pack and process your order as fast as possible once you have completed your order. Due to this, we cannot guarantee changes to your order including your delivery details, items, sizes, or removing items from your order. If you change your mind about anything, please let us know ASAP and we will do our best to assist.
  • For board orders, the courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery. Unfortunately, some drivers are not supplied work phones by their courier's company to call before delivery, If no one will be able to accept the delivery, please consider providing your work address. If this is not possible, with your consent we can give the driver "Authority to Leave", however, we accept no responsibility once the item has been delivered.
  • Softlite is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.
